2012年核能行业可靠性维修(RCM)研讨班暨第二次行业RCM应用工作组会议会议简介(2011.9.11-2011.9.

2012年9月11日至13日,“2012 年核能行业可靠性维修(RCM)研讨班暨第二次行业RCM应用工作组会议”在浙江省海盐县召开。本次会议由中国核能行业协会主办、中核核电运行管理有限公司承办、苏州热工研究院有限公司协办。共有来自中国核能行业协会、核电运营、技术支持、科研院所、软件供应商等28家单位100余名代表参加了会议。15名专家分别就RCM领域中核电关键敏感设备的识别、可靠性维修应用经验、分析工具、维修策略以及RCM在不同堆型中及工程建设阶段的运用等作了报告。本次会议共收录论文28篇。

Abstract: This paper introduces main workflow for SRCM, including the identification of system functions, identification of key / important function through the system functional failure analysis, identification of key / critical equipment through the FMEA analysis, selection of maintenance tasks for equipment according to the failure mechanism. Meanwhile, the ideas to analysis of several specific SSCs are given. Finally, the paper proposes several aspects need to be improved.

Abstract: AP1000 nuclear power plant applies an integrated approach to establish equipment reliability classification, which includes probabilistic risk assessment technique, maintenance rule administrative, power production reliability classification and functional equipment group bounding method, and eventually classify equipment reliability into 4 levels. This classification process and result are very different from classical RCM and streamlined RCM. It studied the characteristic of AP1000 equipment reliability classification approach, considered that equipment reliability classification should effectively support maintenance strategy development and work process control, recommended to use a combined RCM method to establish the future equipment reliability program of AP1000 nuclear power plants.
Keywords: AP1000; Reliability; Classification; RCM; Equipment Management3 基于可靠性数据在RCM 分析中的应用研究 张圣 陈宇 王双飞 王青青 苏州热工研究院有限公司 摘要:为进一步提高设备的可靠性,许多单位和企业都在实施RCM(Reliability-centeredMaintenance)技术进行可靠性分析与维修策略优化,但传统RCM分析中的定量化数据尚有不足。本文旨在将设备可靠性数据引入RCM分析过程,为维修间隔、系统重要度等分析过程提供定量数据参考,使RCM分析的维修决策的准确度大大提高。本文结合当前国内外RCM分析的实际,分析了当前RCM的不足,结合可靠性数据分析,优化了RCM分析流程,阐述了设备可靠性数据的采集和处理方法,给出可靠性数据在RCM分析中的具体应用案例,并展望了应用前景,为国内外RCM定量化分析提供了重要参考和借鉴。

Abstract: In order to further improve the reliability of equipment, many units and enterprises in the implementation of RCM technology for reliability analysis and repair strategy optimization,but the traditional RCM in the analysis of quantitative data are inadequate. The aim of this paper is to introduce the RCM equipment reliability data analysis process, for the Maintenance interval, system important degree analysis provides quantitative data for reference, make RCM analysis of repair decision to significantly, improve the accuracy.In this paper, combined with the current domestic and foreign RCM analysis actual, analysed current deficiency of RCM, combined with the reliability data analysis, RCM analysis process is optimizated, elaborated equipment reliability data collecting and processing method, gives a reliability data in RCM analysis of specific cases,and prospects the application foreground, Provides an important referencefor domestic and foreign RCM quantitative analysis.

Procedures for conducting RCM have been presented in many standards and adapted by various industries. Although the management procedure in RCM has been well defined, the quantitative reliability analysis part of RCM has not been paid enough attention. Without solid analysis, it is hard to make effective maintenance decisions. In this paper, we will discuss how to integrate quantitative reliability analysis into the RCM process, and help engineers make optimum maintenance decisions.

Abstract:This letter briefly describes the main function of snout assembly in fuelling machine head and analyze the snout assembly based on RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) approach. From the functional failure、failure modes to the equipment critical ranking and maintenance jobs, RCM members re-analyze and evaluate the related operating tests and preventative maintenance items systematically, which aim to optimize the preventative program, to reduce the malfunction risk and ensure the fuelling machine system safety and stable operating.
Keyword:Fuelling Machine、 Snout Assembly、 Reliability6 RCM 在中国实验快堆中的应用研究 代野 中国原子能科学研究院 摘要:中国实验快堆是我国第一座快中子反应堆,面临着实际问题是需要对维修大纲进行不断优化。RCM 分析对今后的维修会提供很好的具体的方案,起到指导性的作用,对提高设备的可靠性,安全运行应该是有帮助的,同时也可起到降低维修成本的作用。本文通过对实验快堆二回路钠循环泵转动部件为例进行RCM 分析,通过分析对实验快堆目前的钠泵转动部件进行维修优化,同时对快堆开展其他系统和设备的RCM 分析起到了指导和建设性的作用。

Abstract:China Experimental Fast Reactor is the first fast neutron reactor,facing a problem that It need to continue to optimize the maintenance program.RCM analysis will provide a good solution for future maintenance, and also can serve to reduce the maintenance costs. This paper analyzes the two-loop sodium circulating pump rotating components of the experimental fast reactor with RCM, by analyzing the experimental fast reactor of the sodium pump rotating parts advanced maintenance optimization. It has played a guiding and constructive role for fast reactor to carry out the RCM analysis of other systems and equipment.

电站的技术改造决策。

Abstract: The key step of technical improvements which are important for the nuclear power station is the decision-making process. This step is so complicated that we need a method which can consider as many factors as possible to build a integral thinking process. The method is RCM which has been successfully used in maintenance strategy all over the world. In fact, because of its specialties of gradually logic deduction and consequences management, RCM has been imported into decision-making process of technical improvement by QinShan Ⅱ nuclear power station and outstanding effects have been obtained.

Abstract: Nuclear power plant construction is a huge project, and its engineering legacies have the feature diversity and complexity, how to resolving most of legacies in the engineering stage, not carrying security risks to the running stage, analysis of engineering legacies are the important part. Exploring to apply the basic theory of RCM to analysis of legacie s, to make analysis focusing on “equipment defects / fault” into the analysis of“failure consequences and its influence”, classify the nuclear safety, the environment influence and the using consequences according to the different failure consequences and their influence, so determine the appropriate management, including the preventive maintenance tasks, and design improvement. Through the solving of legacies ,ensure safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants.

Abstract: RCM is a kind of systematic maintenance strategies choosing process which focuses on equipment reliability. After analysis, the goal to achieve reliability management of failure effects can be reached. SDNPC is in charge of operating AP1000 units in Haiyang, compared the generation Ⅱ NPPs, AP1000 is more compact and has less active equipments, which results in new challenged for reliability,and need to put more attention on equipment management and maintenance implementation. This essay introduced how to use RCM process to carry out the rotary equipment management preparation, and proposed a suitable way to fit the AP1000 passive features. All this will submit to experts in this seminar and learn from them.

中核集团秦山核电有限公司摘要:美国电力科学研究院在深入研究与应用可靠性为中心的维修(Reliability CenteredMaintenance-RCM)基础上,提出了改进型可靠性为中心的维修(Streamlined RCM –SRCM)技术。方家山核电将SRCM 技术应用于预防性维修大纲的编制。应用实践表明,与传统RCM 方法相比,SRCM 在确保准确分析效果的同时,在分析效率上明显地提高。

Abstract: Based on the considerable research and implementation of RCM in nuclear power industry, Electric Power Research Institute presented SRCM methodology. SRCM was applied in preventive maintenance program compilation in Fangjiashan Nuclear Power Plant. Compared to traditional RCM, SRCM method keeps the analysis accuracy, and proves more efficient.

Abstract:With the development of the theory of RCM, the application area of the RCM is extended widely .RCM has extended from the original equipment maintenance field to many aspects which related to equipments. RCM is also widely ratified and used in the nuclear power industry. If we can introduce this theory when building nuclear power plant, to guide the construction, system design, equipment procurement, PM program writing, it will help the power plant operation and equipment management greatly t in the future. This paper discusses how to introduce the RCM analysis method theory when building nuclear power plant, and its application prospect. We also discuss when and where to use RCM systematically, and some examples.

Abstract: In the RCM logical process, Condition-based maintenance is a useful maintenance tool and ranks in the first, the paper first introduce the P-F concept, basic theory and the inner relation, and then give some methods to explorer the P-F interval. Abstract: Reliability centered maintenance has been performed in the field of nuclear power plant. But only qualitative approach was applied, this text is used to supplement the absence of quantitative approach and the simultaneously failure of several failure modes. Main steam relief isolation valve is analyzed by the application of methodology of updated reliability centered maintenance, the objective is early identification of all catastrophic and critical failure possibilities at the earliest possible time. At the design phase, some measures will be taken to reduce or avoid the frequency of failure in advance.

Abstract: CNNC Nuclear Power Operations Management Co., LTD 1st Plant have been engaged in the exploration and practice of Criticality analysis based on SRCM theory for several years. We have confirmed the critical criteria of SSCs ,builded analyzing process, summarized analyzing rudder and formed a suit of simple and efficacious methods. Up to now, we have completed criticality analyses of over ten systems. And we plan to complete criticality analyses of all the other systems at the end of next year.

Abstract: The Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a maintenance optimization method widely used in industrial field at home and abroad. It contributes a lot in improving equipment reliability, reducing maintenance and operating costs, and achieving scientific management for equipment. To start with a brief introduction of RCM application in Dayabay power plant, then based on the existing RCM method and the experience gained from the application of RCM, this paper proposes six innovative points in maintenance management of equipment in industrial field, which provides new ideas for RCM
application and equipment management.
Keywords: RCM; Maintenance optimization; Application; Innovation20 非能动系统及可靠性的发展情况 杨丽芳 中国原子能科学研究院 摘要:非能动设计是新一代核电站设计的特点和趋势,非能动系统的可靠性分析是一项极具挑战性的工作。本文介绍了非能动系统产生的原因及定义,根据其工作原理分四类,针对其中B类热工-水利原理的非能动系统的可靠性研究方法,分析介绍了三种,重点介绍APSRA,此方法首先确定系统运行的特征,通过预先确定的失效准则判断失效条件;失效面被预测由最好的程序,考虑到影响自然循环的性能的运作参数偏离运行值,一旦系统的失效面被预测到,失效的原因(主要是由于机械部件的失效)通过根部诊断查找,这些部件的失效概率用一般的数据通过经典的故障树评估。引起能动系统的失效的原因很多,非能动系统的可靠性应再进一步深入探讨。结合研究情况,初步给出了中国实验快堆非能动系统可靠性研究方法。

Abstract: Innovative reactor concepts make use of passive safety features to a large extent in combination with active safety or operational systems. Evaluation of passive system reliability is a challenging task.. In this paper, Passive System definitions and Categorization is described in IAEA ,The focus of the present study is passive system reliability assessment, with reference to the thermal-hydraulic passive systems (i.e., relying on natural circulation), whose three approaches is introduced. a methodology known as APSRA is proposed to analyze and evaluate the reliability of passive systems. The methodology first determines the operational characteristics of the system and the failure conditions by assigning predetermined failure criteria. The failure surface is predicted using a best estimate code considering deviations of the operating parameters from their nominal states, which affect the natural circulation performance. Once the failure surface of the system is predicted, the cause of failure is examined through root diagnosis, which occurs mainly due to failure of mechanical components. The failure probability of these components are evaluated through a classical PSA treatment using the generic data..Through the author had researched, the failure cause of passive systems has much, e.g .ageing etc. The passive system reliability is demanded to go deep into research. Combining with the current research, reliability of residual heat removal system of passive systems in CEFR is preliminary formed.

Abstract: The exploration and practice of RCM software in CEFR is one of the preventative maintenance method for equipment optimization of GⅣ nuclear power enterprises, which is centered on Operation and Maintenance Of Integration Management Information Platform in CEFR. It is based on analysis of field real-time data as well as monitoring of surveillance equipment status. It is planned to form fault analysis model, safety analysis model and feasibility analysis model through establishment of fault mode, fault effect and fault result library in operation and maintenance integrated platform so as to realize core functions of RCM maintenance and management, including state monitoring, performance analysis, ,preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance.

Abstract: With the rapid development in maintenance concept and technology, RCM has revealed its importance and been adopted in many industries. Proved by long time practice in various industries RCM is an effective way of maintenance. This paper describes the origins of RCM and its auxiliary tools, documents and importance in nuclear power plant operation. Included also is the analysis on RCM operational process for nuclear power plant. At the end of this article, the SGS system of AP1000 nuclear power plant is taken as an example to analyze the main function of SGS system, classify the main equipments in this system and describe the operation process of RCM during the maintenance of this system.

Abstract:In recent years, RCM, that introduced the theme of "equipment failure consequences and influence" maintenance strategy management concept, has been increasingly used in various fields. However, in RCM analysis process, to establish a standard model, it will be much more extended and thorough to apply RCM analytic method into various fields. This paper establishes a data logical structure model, which can make the RCM analysis process more standard and comprehensive.

Abstract: The nuclear power plant SRCM analysis and reliability maintenance database platform based on the B/S Structure comprise of three parts:system screening, SRCM analysis and reliability maintenance database as well as various parts of the function. Functional design of the platform with greater flexibility, the user can freely set the SRCM analysis relevant parameters, such as system screening criteria, the device key criterion, the key level and type of maintenance strategy, can achieve expert online review, preventive maintenance program generate and print, collect equipment preventive and corrective maintenance information and many other functions. Reliability maintenance database is a generic database, and provide a reference for the SRCM analysis. Using SRCM maintenance optimization of concern was discussed.

Abstract: This paper summarizes two monitoring methods that can be utilized to build up distributed monitoring system, introduces the monitor characteristic of both methods respectively, and presents the common technique of monitor signal processing in application. The methods can be widely applied in online-monitor of key circulating pump bearing in reactor nuclear island and conventional island, and can ensure the reactor safety operation, discover the operation fault of the bearing for reactor key facility in time, provide the reference of facility inspection for reactor operation staff, and improve the monitor efficiency and commercial benefits.
