2012年核电厂调试启动研讨会会议简介

  •     2012年9月26日至28日,“2012年核电厂调试启动研讨会”在在江苏南京召开。本届研讨会由中国核能行业协会主办,国核工程有限公司承办,中广核工程有限公司协办。中国核能行业协会理事长张华祝、副秘书长龙茂雄,以及来自中核、中广核、国核、中电投海阳、华能石岛湾等国内46家核电单位的130余名领导专家出席了本次会议。国核工程有限公司、中国核电工程有限公司、三门核电有限公司等分别作为工作组副组长单位做专题报告。12篇优秀论文上会交流,中广核工程公司“百万千瓦半速发电机定子端部测振系统试验方法研究”等三篇论文上会交流。

    摘要::“EPC”总承包模式作为目前国际上大型工程公司承担项目建设时常用的一种承包模式,是我国核电项目建设承包模式的发展方向。调试工作作为对电厂前期设计、设备采购、建安工作的最终检验,是核电工程建设的关键环节之一,因此本文详细阐述了如何在核电厂“EPC”总承包模式下组织实施调试工作,从组织机构、职责描述、人员资质、工作模式、接口管理、管控手段等多方面进行全面描述,为国内同类工程公司在“EPC”总承包模式下开展调试工作提供参考。

    ABSTRACT: As a usually contract mode when the international large engineering company contract project construction, “EPC” general contracting mode is China's nuclear power project construction contract model development direction. Commissioning as the final inspection of plant designing, equipment procurement, fabrication, is a key link for nuclear power engineering construction. So this article states how to organize implement commissioning work in nuclear power plant "EPC" general contracting mode detailedly, from the organization, responsibility description, personnel qualifications, work mode, interface management, controls and other aspects to conduct a comprehensive description, to provide reference for the domestic similar engineering company develop commissioning work in the "EPC" general contracting mode.

    2 诊断实验室的组成及在调试培训中的应用 张得胜 山东核电有限公司
    摘要:海阳核电厂采用AP1000 核电机组,为了满足AP1000 核电厂调试授权培训的需要,山东核电公司从西屋公司引进了诊断实验室。诊断实验室由控制系统与实体工艺回路组成,控制系统采用与海阳核电厂完全相同的OVATION 控制系统,实体工艺回路则由电厂常用机电仪设备组成。诊断实验室主要用于调试人员的技能与核安全文化培训,在调试授权培训中起到了至关重要的作用。本文将对诊断实验室的组成及培训功能进行详细介绍。

    摘要: AP1000 的应急运行规程是基于功能恢复,面向征兆的运行规程。及时地执行应急运行规程可以尽可能地避免严重事故的发生。但是,应急运行规程的进入接口复杂,难以掌握,而且不局限于保护系统内的整定值。本文通过对AP1000 整个运行规程的全面分析,系统地总结了应急运行规程的所有接口,可以帮助技术人员从总体上把握AP1000 的停堆和专设安全设施的动作条件,掌握AP1000 应急运行规程以及优化AP1000 应急运行规程。

    ABSTRACT: AP1000 Emergency Operations Procedures (EOP) are based on observed symptoms to recover the safety functions. Performing EOP procedures in time can reduce the severe accident risk as much as possible. However, the EOP entry conditions are complex and difficult to master, and not only limited to setpoints in the protection and safety monitoring system. Analyzing all EOP entry conditions in AP1000 EOP procedures is very helpful for operators to understand the criteria of safety shutdown and engineered safety features (ESF) actuation, and at same time, it is also helpful for improving EOP procedures.

    摘要:核电机组调试阶段的QC 过程质量控制一直是质量监管部门关注的热点问题。中广核工程公司在岭澳二期核电站建立了包括质量控制点(QC)现场监督签点的过程质量控制体系,并且在多项目调试管理的模式中进行标准化、系统化。本文介绍了中广核调试过程质量控制的发展历程,并探讨了调试期间实施过程质量控制(包括QC 签点)的必要性,调试过程质量控制所具有的特点,及其发展的方向。

    5 核电调试人才培养模式探究 孙景义,纳红卫 国核工程有限公司
    摘要:为了实现核电中长期发展规划中所制定的目标,摆在我们面前的首要问题就是如何解决核电建设中的人才短缺问题。本文首先介绍了日本福岛核电站事故后国内外核电发展形势,其次分析了核电调试人才现状,最后对如何进行核电调试人才培养提出了自己的观点。

    Abstract: In order to achieve the target established in the Medium-and Long-term Nuclear Power Development Program, the principal issue facing us is how to solve the contradiction between the need and shortage of personnel in construction. In this paper, we analysis the nuclear industry after the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident in Japan and some personal development situation ,and then give an view of how to cultivate the nuclear startup and commissioning professionals.

    6 电子工单管理系统在依托项目调试期间的应用 仝秋生, 邓明亮 国核工程有限公司
    摘要:机组调试与启动期间产生的工作,例如:试验、缺陷、预防性维修、尾项、以及临措等工作的处理流程大体相同,都可以通过统一的工单流程来实现。电子工单管理系统实现了工单管理的电子化、信息化和智能化,让繁琐的工单业务流程更加便捷,更加易于管理,更加高效。

    Abstract: The process of the commissioning work,deficiencies,preventive repairing,punch list and provisional measures managements can all be achieved by the Worksheets management system.     7 核电厂的移交信息化管理浅析 杨昊宇,路遥,韩培迪,

    摘要:随着计算机及互联网技术的不断发展,核电厂的移交信息化管理具备了实现的条件。运用软件进行移交管理可以极大地提高移交工作的安全性、便捷性、高效性和经济性。本文以三门AP1000 项目移交过程中使用的WinPCS 软件为例, 介绍了该软件的相关功能,并与其他核电厂的移交管理软件进行对比分析,明确了WinPCS 软件的优势和不足,并提出了相应的优化建议。本文既对移交管理软件的设计和开发具有指导意义,也对核电厂移交过程中移交管理软件的选择和使用具有重要参考价值。

    ABSTRACT: With continuous development of computer and Internet technology, the turnover informatization management has had conditions of realization in nuclear power plant. Turnover with software can greatly improve the security, convenience, efficiency and economy. This paper takes WinPCS that used during turnover of SanMen AP1000 project for example, introduces the software related functions and contrasts the turnover management software with other nuclear power plant, clarifies the advantage and disadvantage of WinPCS, and put forward the corresponding optimization proposals. This paper is significant to the design and development of turnover management software and has important reference value in choosing and using the turnover management software during the turnover of nuclear power plant.

    摘要:本文对核电站工程建设从安装到调试及从调试到生产一系列系统的移交过程进行了较为详细的介绍,并通过与秦山二期扩建工程移交接产模式的比较,结合实际移交工作所面临的问题,提出调试移交的优化建议并成功实践应用于岭澳二期项目,能够对后续核电项目调试系统移交工作的顺利开展提供借鉴经验。
    ABSTRACT: In this paper, the nuclear power plant construction, from installation to commissioningand commissioning to operation are introduced detail, and with the Qinshan Phase II expansionproject transfer model, combined with the actual transition problems, proposed suggestions tooptimize the commissioning transfer and successful practice in Lingao Phase II project. This paperhopes to follow-up nuclear power projects on the smooth handover from the experience provided.

    摘要:本文对核电站的系统、厂房移交及机组调试启动进行了简要介绍,阐述了系统从EESR到3T临时移交,机组从单体调试到冷热态试验、装料、临界、提功率等各阶段所面临的安全、质量、进度等风险,如何采取管理手段,做到风险有效控制,是一项需长期研究的课题,本文仅就工作的一些体会做浅析介绍。

    13 关于建立我国核电调试经验交流平台的看法 钱 刚 中电投电力工程公司有限公司
    摘要:随着我国商用核电机组的快速增加,近年来新加入核电站建造和营运的单位不断增多,过去行业内核电企业储备的人才因此被过量稀释。在今天确保安全高效发展核电的原则下,调试作为核电站设计、建造、调试、运行和退役五个主要阶段中的关键阶段,是验证设计和建造质量满足设计要求的最重要一道屏障,同时也是持续时间最短的阶段。为确保核电站调试工作能按照预想充分验证核电站部件、系统和构筑物能正确地执行其安全功能,搭建核电调试经验交流平台,整合国内专家力量势在必行。

    ABSTRACT: As the rapidly increase of the commercial nuclear units in China, and more and more companies have devoted in the nuclear construction and operation, the talents for the nuclear industry have been diluted. Under the principle of safely and efficiently develop the nuclear industry, commissioning is the critical stage among the five stages: design, construction, commissioning, operation and decommissioning, it’s an important protective barrier to verify whether the design and construction quality can meet the design requirements. At the mean time, it’s a stage with shortest period. To ensure the commissioning verification function as expected, which is to completely verify the nuclear components, system and structures correctly implement their safety functions, it’s imperative to establish the commissioning experiences communication platform to integrate the strengths of the domestic experts.

    摘要:介绍AP1000 三门项目首次倒送电的整体进度控制过程,并针对现场执行过程中执行计划与基准计划的偏差进行分析。借鉴实践过程中的经验反馈及工程项目计划控制理论,提出倒送电过程进度控制优化方案,使其可以用于其它机组的倒送电过程,也为三门项目后续的调试执行控制提供参考。

    ABSTRACT: This paper introduced the progress control process of initial energization in AP1000 Sanmen Project, and provided the analysis direct at schedule variance appeared.     摘要:作为业主公司,从核电厂建造开始,就应该加强对工程方在建造过程中的监管要求,以确保核电的建造符合核安全法规及设计的相关要求。本文针对核电业主公司如何开展对调试的监督管理进行了探讨,以便于业主及时、准确掌握调试活动的质量情况,能够有效地控制调试风险和进度,并实施必要的控制。

    Abstract: In order to learn from the experience and lessons of Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan, nuclear safety authorities will enhance the supervision in the process of nuclear power plant construction, to improve the level of safety of power plants. As nuclear power plant, it should strengthen to supervise contractor from the start of setting up, to ensure construction activities meeting nuclear safety regulatory and design requirements. In this paper, it discussed that how owners carry out the supervision and management in the phase of commissioning, which can help owners mastery the quality of commissioning activities in a timely manner, and effectively control commissioning risk and process.

    摘要:调试是核电厂建设的重要阶段。调试管理就是对核电厂调试期间各参与单位和部门之间的接口进行协调、监督和管理,使调试期间的各项工作全面、合理、有序、安全地进行。结合作者在巴基斯坦恰希玛核电厂二号机组调试期间的工作经历,详细阐述了调试准备阶段和调试实施阶段调试管理工作的主要内容,对部分主要工作的开展进行了描述并提出了具体建议。对国内核电机组建设期间的调试管理工作具有一定的参考价值。

    ABSTRACT: Commissioning is an important stage during the construction of Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs). The objective of Commissioning Management is to coordinate, supervise and manage the interface between and among different units and departments involved in the commissioning activities. Through Commissioning Management, commissioning activities are expected to proceed in a comprehensive, well-founded, orderly and safe manner. Drawing upon best practices experienced during the commissioning of Pakistan Chashma Nuclear Power Plant Unit-2 (C-2), the writer sets forth major contents of Commissioning Management during commissioning preparation and commissioning implementation, expands on some of the commissioning activities and also puts forward some specific suggestions, which can be used as reference for Commissioning Management of domestic NPPs construction.

    摘要:本文介绍了在层次分析法的基础上建立核电调试人员筛选的评价体系,并对该体系的实证分析方法进行了说明。该方法基于业务能力、健康状况、心理素质、交流沟通和现场环境作为评价指标来建立层次分析模型,构造了比较矩阵和不同准则的方案层判断矩阵,通过计算层次单排序的权向量得到不同调试人员的总目标权值,然后根据总目标权值的大小来筛选调试人员。通过实证分析可以看到,层次分析法是对人才评价的有效工具并给出了与实际情况符合有较好的结果。基于实证分析的调试人员筛选评级体系为调试单位提供了一种合适完善的模型,使得调试人员的筛选更加数字化、合理化、公平化。

    ABSTRACT: Evaluation system of nuclear testing staff selection based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was introduced in this paper, and the empirical analysis of the system was also illustrated. The method built AHP model based on the professional skill, the physical condition, the mental condition, the communication ability and the environment feature. Constructing a comparable matrix and alternative review matrix of different criteria by calculating the weight vector of single lever, hence, the testing workers are determined by the percentage amounts attribute to the overall target weights. AHP was proved to be an effective tool of evaluate staff and the result fit well with the practical situation. The evaluation system of nuclear testing staff selection based on the AHP method provided the testing enterprise a completed method making the evaluation of testing staff more digitized, rationalized and impartial.

    Abstract: For the current practical problems of the great harm to nuclear power plant radioactive regional fire,introduces the foreign nuclear security accident statistics data in recent years and typical nuclear power plant fire accident cases. Combined with the actual situation of Hainan Nuclear Power Co.,Ltd., ChangJiang nuclear power plant detailed analysis of the fire risk and influence factors of fire characteristics of PWR (pressurized-water reactor) of the nuclear power plant,summarized the fire fighting and rescue measures and preliminary research of nuclear power plant,proposed these aspects of relevant emergency drills and strengthen professional firefighters quality,the development of rescue plan and the respons,command and coordination of the emergency team,put into use in the nuclear power plant system,fighting the nuclear power plant perimeter fire accident and coordination with local emergency response organizations,pre-war preparation and fire fighting personnel precautions operations.explore the emergency rescue measures of the nuclear power plant fire incidents.

    21 AP1000机组电仪控制保护调试安全质量过程管控 吴炳晨 中电投电力工程有限公司
    摘要:AP1000 核电技术国内首次引进,中外双方调试管理模式存在较大偏差,偏差导致电仪专业调试在文件资料收集、TOP/TOB/TOTO 文件编制、单体调试方案/预运行试验程序编制、调试现场实施等阶段遇到诸多问题。本文对偏差问题进行分析研究,并提出具体的安全质量管控措施。希望能和各位核电同行讨论交流,相互参考借鉴共同提高。

    ABSTRACT: AP1000 is first introduced into China, and huge differences of managing patterns exist between China and WEC, which causes many problems about its document collection、document establishment of TOP/TOB/TOTO、compiling component test procedure and preoperational test procedure、test site implementation. This text analyzes the differentia and gives some specific safety and quality control measures. I hope I can communicate with engineers of nuclear plant and get us improved from these communications.

    22 浅谈核电调试质量控制管理 王华军 中电投江西核电有限公司
    摘要:核电站调试期间的质量控制工作是一项重要的工作,切实关系到核电站调试质量的高低。通过调试过程质量控制,及时掌握整个调试过程中出现的设计、设备及系统存在的问题及问题处理情况,保证核电站调试符合设计及核安全要求。本文围绕调试质控体系和质控队伍建设、调试过程质量的监督管理等方面展开,针对核电站调试期间,通过对调试文件审查、试验过程监督及试验结果分析等技术手段对整个调试过程进行质量控制,使机组的调试质量处于可控状态。

    Abstract:Quality control is an important work during commissioning in Nuclear power plant,is related to the quality of commissioning. timely grasp the problems and resolvent of the design、equipment and system during commission,ensure the commissioning in accordance with design and nuclear safety requirements by quality control. This paper describe the quality control system and quality control team construction,through the commissioning document review, test process supervision and analysis of test results and other technical means to the quality control, enables unit debug quality in a controlled state.

    23 AP1000调试运行规程开发方法及平台研究 李林杰,周健文 上海核工程研究设计院
    摘要:核能是目前最有希望大规模替代化石能源的一次能源,阻碍其大规模发展的主要因素就是安全问题,尤其是调试运行安全,因此核电厂对调试运行规程的质保要求非常高,以尽可能减少操纵员的人因失误。然而当前我国在调试运行规程开发方面尚未形成一套完整的体系,为此本文通过对AP1000 调试运行规程的学习,研究其开发方法,包括格式要求、内容要求、开发流程等;并利用VBA(Visual Basic for Applications)对Word 进行扩展开发,建立调试运行规程开发平台,完善调试运行规程开发体系。本文的研究内容和结论可使规程开发规范化,减少开发工作量,提高规程质量,进而为实现三代核电的自主化添砖加瓦。

    ABSTRACT: Nuclear energy is the most possible large-scale substitution for fossil fuels at present. The major factor of hindering large-scale development of nuclear energy is security issues, especially during commissioning and operating stage in nuclear power plant. Therefore, the quality assurance requirements for commissioning and operating procedure of nuclear power plant is very strict, in order to reduce the operators’ human error. However, the current developing system of commissioning and operating procedure at home is not completed. In this paper, AP1000 commissioning and operating procedure and its developing method is studied, including requirements of format, requirements of content, developing process and so on. Extended development is did to Word using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to establish developing environment of AP1000 commissioning and operating procedure and so as to improve the developing system of procedure. The content and conclusions of this paper can standardize the development of procedure, reduce the workload of development, improve the quality of procedure, and finally contribute to the self reliance for the third generation nuclear power.

    摘要:中国实验快堆(以下简称CEFR)是我国第一座快中子增殖堆,其热功率为65MW,电功率20MW,采用钠-钠-水三回路设计,一回路采用一体化池式结构。1987 年2 月,CEFR 项目被列入国家“863”研究发展计划,经过了20 多年的风雨历程,于2011 年7 月21 日最终实现了并网发电。科技工作者们通过CEFR的设计、安装、调试为将来示范快堆及商业快堆的建设积累了宝贵的经验。笔者有幸经历了CEFR 的设计、安装和调试,并曾直接参与到调试阶段的工作中,目睹了CEFR 调试从无经验可循到最终实现了调试准备、管理与调试自主化的过程。本文就CEFR 调试的特色及主要阶段进行了阐述,希望能让更多的同行了解CEFR 的调试过程。

    ABSTRACT: CEFR is the first fast neutron breeder reactor in our country, with thermal power of 65MW and electric power of 20MW,which Using sodium - sodium - water three loop design which the primary system using the integration of pool type structure . In February 1987, CEFR project have been included in the national "863" research and development program, after 20 years of hard work, formal connect to grid in July, 2011. Science and technology workers accumulated valuable experience for future demonstration fast reactor and commercial fast reactor construction through the CEFR design, installation, commissioning .The author was directly involved in the commissioning phase of the work, experience CEFR commissioning from little experience to eventually realizing commissioning preparation, management and commissioning independently of the
    process .This article discussed the main stages of CEFR commission ,hoping that more colleagues can understand CEFR commissioning process.

    ABSTRACT: China Experimental Fast Reactor(CEFR) is one of the key projects of the National High Technology Research and Development program(863 program) and a typical sodium cooled pool type fast reactor. The CEFR project includes design, construction, commissioning and operation, its technology and management are very complex especially in commission . This paper introduced the commission and operational preparation in detail, including working out the program of commission, organization and management, items. The preparation stage includes the products ordering and supplying, personal training etc. The implementation stage includes the range、contents and measures in commission. Finally, some experiences in the commissioning test are presented in the article.

    摘要:调试阶段工期紧张,需要在有限时间内完成所有电厂系统设备的检查和试验,快速解决发现的设计、设备和安装问题。要确保调试工作的快速高质量完成,一套完备的调试管理体系非常重要,与之相配合的是一个良好的调试管理程序体系。本文剖析了三门核电一期工程的调试管理程序体系,在借鉴秦山三期调试管理程序体系的基础上,对该调试管理程序体系的优点及后续改进方面进行了探讨。

    ABSTRACT: The duration is tight for the commissioning. Inspections and testing have to be completed for all plant systems and components within a limited time. Any design, equipment or installation issues need to be resolved in a timely manner. To ensure the quick and high quality completion of commissioning, a complete set of commissioning administrative system is crucial. Accordingly, a good commissioning administrative procedure system is required to support the administrative system. This paper analyzes the commissioning administrative procedure system of Sanmen nuclear power phase I project and discusses the advantages and future improvements based on the experience of commissioning administrative procedure system of Qinshan Phase III Nuclear Power Project in China.

    ABSTRACT: Post 72-hour operating procedures are special procedures which provide instructions for operator actions to support post 72-hour operations in nuclear power plants. The operators follow the procedures step by step strictly post 72-hour, and therefore the correction and precision of the operating procedures which have a direct effect on operation is absolutely significant for nuclear power plant to operate safely. Based on the logic understanding of procedures and relative researches, the holistic analysis in this paper strongly suggests that the five post 72-hour procedures with structural integrate are sufficient to support the safe operation post 72-hour, and some suggestions are provided additionally for further study.

The containment is the last physical security barrier of nuclear safety and has great significance to protect the nuclear power plants.     摘要:与以往核电厂采用充水、排气的方法不同,AP1000 核电厂采用抽真空后对一回路进行充水。与传统操作相比,真空冲水可以避免因主泵动态赶气而产生的风险,并进一步降低了充水后一回路的不可凝气体的量,对后期运行极为有利。但真空充水操作较为复杂,如操作不当,后果是严重的,本文将对非能动核电厂的真空充水过程及注意点进行深入探讨。

    ABSTRACT:AP1000 use vacuum flushing to fill RCS, it is different from normal flushing and venting method which is used in current nuclear power plant. Vacuum flushing can eliminate the risk during the operation of pump flushing, reduce the amount of non-condensable gas in RCS, this is very good for plant operation. But the operation of the vacuum flushing is complex, the malfunction of vacuum filling might cause serious problem, this article will discuss the problem further.

    摘要:从核电站运行控制和改善热试期间蒸汽发生器二回路水质的操作经验,分析了对蒸汽发生器进行提前冲洗,总结发现了相关运行操作等因素对水质的影响。这些改善措施使机组在热试期间满足了电厂和调试方的相关技术规范的要求,保障了热试调试试验的顺利进行,也使得蒸汽发生器得到了充分的清洗,为后续机组装料创造了有利条件。通过与其他核电机组热试期间蒸汽发生器水质状况的对比研究,得出了一些基本的水质控制经验,可供后续机组和其他电站参考借鉴。

These improvements make the water during hot functional test meet the requirements of plant and commissioning department and also ensure the commissioning test and create good conditions for the follow-up action. Contrast with other NPP SG water quality during hot functional test, experience has been obtained and can be a references for follow-up units.

    摘要:通过对中国实验快堆(简称CEFR)三回路热态清洗期间遇到的凝结水泵无流量问题及汽蚀情况进行了分析,对凝结水泵抽真空系统进行了改造。经过40%额度功率发电工况的试验验证后表明:改造后的系统,完全满足CEFR 常规岛各工况的运行需要,解决了凝结水泵无流量问题。

    ABSTRACT:A method for locating the position of the rotor’s rubbing was proposed in this dissertation. The sample data from the acceleration sensors were analyzed  and reduced the noise with the method of singular values decomposition, then the rubbing position was located by the use of correlative analysis.   At the same time, the software of rubbing fault location system was developed.

    Abstract: High quality of demineralized water plays an important role in extending the service life of thermodynamic system, preventing thermal system scaling, corrosion, salt accumulation。The article theoretically elaborated to achieve water quality standards required for the regeneration of the resin and the corresponding acid purity requirements, through comparing the AP1000 demineralized water and other nuclear power plant water criteria, combined with the problems demineralized water system commission test problems, from.     摘要:岭澳二期核电站采用先进的数字化控制系统(DCS ),堆外核仪表系统(RPN )和失水事故监测系统(LSS )的数据传输和处理方式与参考电站做了相应地改变。而堆芯测量系统(RIC )的中子测量部分还是沿用参考电站设计,尤其是在数据传输和数据处理上没有任何变化。通过对参考电站上述系统数据传输和处理方式的研究,尤其是对 RIC 中子通量数据后处理软件的研究,找出了接口信号数据的内在联系。根据现场实际情况,在DCS 内部对涉及到的信号数据形式实施改造,使之能够实现正常的系统功能。实践证明,改造是非常成功的,为机组安全运行提供了有力保障。

    Abstract:  As result of Digital Control System (DCS) being used on the Ling’Ao Phase II Project, the ex-core Nuclear Instrumentation System (RPN) and the LOCA Surveillance System (L SS) are adapted, especially on the data transfer and processing. But the neutron flux measurement system of In-core Inst rumentation System is also followed by the reference station, in particular the data transfer and processing part is  absolutely the same as the reference station. Lots of research work has been done on the data transfer and processing in DCS of the systems above, especially for the post-processing method on the RIC neutron flux measurement part. Some internal relations between the data from the systems above are found out. According to condition of the fieldwork, some changes are practiced into the DCS in order to realize the correct functions of the systems above. After adapting the form of the data transferred from DCS to RIC, the systems above are worked well, which can be ensured the safe operation of the nuclear plant.

    摘要:核电厂厂用电中压系统常使用中性点不接地系统,但由于电磁式电压互感器激磁特性的非线性,在外部扰动激发下易发生铁磁谐振。本文分析了某核电工程220kV 倒送电期间发生的一起特殊的铁磁谐振现象,论述了产生谐振过电压的机理和条件,分析了现场采用的消谐措施成败的原理,并揭示了该起铁磁谐振事件的谐振原因,最后提出了根据工程实际情况可有效消除谐振的建议。

    ABSTRACT: The neutral point isolated power system is usually used in Nuclear Power Plant(NPP) station service electrical system, therefore ferroresonance caused by nonlinear of electromagnetic voltage transformers exciting characteristic often occurs. This paper carried out a special  ferroresonance phenomena during 220kV charging tests in a NPP and then pointed out the inherent mechanism and occurrence conditions of ferroresonance over-voltage. The principle of elimination measures used in site is analyzed, so the result of self-oscillation phenomena caused by no-matching of equipments parameter is opened out. At last, the available suggestions to elimination measure are proposed  according to actual project.

    ABSTRACT:  The AP1000 Main Control Room Emergency Habitability System (VES) provides a supply of breathable quality air for the MCR and maintains it at a positive pressure with respect to the surrounding areas during the severe accident, with preventing the occupants of the MCR from radiation, it also provides passive cooling of the equipment and facilities that must remain functional during an accident, making use of the heat capacity of surrounding structures. This paper describes the design feature of the VES, with analyzing its passive cooling function.

    ABSTRACT: This paper gives an introduction of the test methods of the AP1000 NI polar crane load test. Given the construction characteristics of the AP1000 proj ect, the test area and the  environment of the polar crane load test is special and complicated, and equipments including RV are already installed during the test, therefore, there is extremely high risk of the test lo ad falling down and damaging the equipments and modules. As the polar crane test of AP1000 FOAK reactor, there is not any such experience for reference, and thus the selection of test load and the scientific verification of the test methods are of prime importance. SNPEC technical personnel make an adequate evaluation of the test risks, optimize the test content, and provide a reasonable and feasible test plan based on assimilation of the technical documents related to the polar crane.

    ABSTRACT: The measured data of containment instrumentation (EAU) was used to calculate the additional strain induced by shrinkage and creep. Furthermore, counting in the result of strain, the Young’s modulus and Poisson ratio of concrete was estimated based on elastic theory formulation. The mechanical parameters (Young’s modulus and Poisson ratio) determined by this method fits the results from the containment test. So the method is suitable for assessing the concrete properties of containm ent and the quality of the data measured during pre-stress phase.

    摘要:主螺栓拆装是反应堆本体作业的关键步骤,不合理的工艺不仅可能延误作业进度,甚至损坏堆本体设备( 如主螺栓或底孔) 。目前三门核电设计方还未提供全面的主螺栓拆装工艺。在借鉴国内外运行核电厂的主螺栓拆装工艺和相关经验反馈的基础上,结合三门核电反应堆设备特点,就主螺栓拧入拧出、主螺栓拉伸、主螺栓孔清洗、螺孔塞拆装和主螺栓清洗检查的一系列操作工艺要求和工序安排进行分析,为三门核电调试和大修期间主螺栓的拆装提供参考。

    ABSTRACT: Closure stud handling is the key step of Reactor vessel work. Unreasonable procedure may delay the schedule, even damage the reactor. Sanmen NPP designer have not provide detail procedure of closure stud handling. Based on Sanmen NPP reactor feature, refer to PWR practice and experiences, emphatically describes the key points and sequence of closure stud handling procedure, such as stud installation 、stud tensioning\de-tensioning 、stud cleaning, which can serve as a reference for closure stud handling while commission and maintenance.

    摘  要:蒸汽发生器传热管堵管是核电厂大修准备活动中的一个必备项目,不合理的堵管方式不仅可能延误作业进度,增加人员受辐照剂量, 进而会增加核电厂的经济损失。目前三门核电设计方西屋公司还未提供全面的蒸汽发生器堵管工艺。在借鉴国内外运行核电厂的蒸汽发生器堵管方式和相关经验反馈的基础上,结合AP1000蒸汽发生器设备特点,就国内堵管方式、现状、堵管工具、堵管准备和实施的一些方面进行探讨,为三门核电调试和大修期间蒸汽发生器传热管堵管工作提供参考。

    ABSTRACT:  Steam Generator tube plugging is the requisite step of Sanmen NPP overhaul activities .Unreasonable pattern   may delay the schedule, increase personnel exposures absorbed dose, and then increase economic loss of NPP. Sanmen NPP designer (Westinghouse)have not provide detail procedure of tube plugging. Based on AP1000 Steam Generator feature, refer to PWR practice and experiences, emphatically describes the key points of the project ,such as plugging pattern  、actuality、plugging tool、plugging preparation and operation, which can serve as a reference for Steam Generator tube plugging while commission and maintenance.

    摘要:本文采用国际通用的电力系统电磁暂态分析仿真软件Elector-Magnetic Transient Program(EMTP )对220kV 单条输电线和同杆并架双回输电线路的防雷性能进行仿真和计算,分析研究在多种雷击方式下输电线路的耐雷水平。并对雷电侵入波在输电线路上所产生的过电压进行分析计算,得出过电压分布和变化的规律,进而从技术上和经济上限制雷电侵入波过电压。文章在结合现场实际需要与反复试验的基础上完成,并记录了相关试验模型与数据结果,充分考虑到现场中各种雷击情况,有较强的实用价值。

    ABSTRACT:  This paper uses international universal advanced electromagnetic transient calculation program Elector-Magnetic Transient Program (EMTP)    to take single and double circuit transmission lines of 110kV and 220kV as an example, and according to the simulation and calculation results to study lightning withstand level of the transmission lines under many ways of lightning stroke. And we find out the rules of over-voltage’s distribution to restrict lightning over-voltage level in both technical and economical aspects. This paper completed through of on-the-spot need and a lot of researching, affiliated with trial model and representative results, thinking completely of different ways of lightning stroke, is very worthy practically.

    摘要:在正式消防给排水系统不具备投运条件时,采用快开阀组代替雨淋阀组,用高位消防水池重力自流供水代替消防泵供水,供给三门核电 1 号机组倒送电期间辅助变压器水喷雾临时用水。该消防临时措施简单易行,安全可靠,节省投资,施工方便。经多次倒送电实践证明,该消防临时措施有力保障了倒送电节点的顺利实施,提高了辅助变压器区域临时消防系统的可靠性。

    摘要:变压器零序差动保护(简称零差保护)主要保护变压器高压侧绕组,当变压器高压侧 CT与变压器高压侧中性点CT之间发生接地故障时,变压器零序差动保护能快速动作跳开变压器相关断路器;零序差动定值整定是否合理直接关系到零差保护能否正确动作,校验某新建电站1#主变零差保护时发现区内发生接地故障时零差保护有拒动风险。

    摘要:二次回路对一次回路进行测量、控制、保护,是一次回路能否安全、正常工作的重要保障,是各供电系统的重要组成部分,本文针对岭澳二期核岛380V 配电盘连接二次回路的二次插件出现损坏和接触不良进行分析,主要阐明了该故障形成的根本原因。并在分析具体原因的基础上提出解决问题的办法,在现场实施后取得了良好的效果,最终解决了问题。

It is an important part of the power supply system.     摘要:为分析辅助变压器空载运行电压不平衡的现象,首先应用能量法将变压器各绕组的径向分布电容参数等效折算为各绕组端部和端部间的集中电容参数,发现由于变压器平衡绕组的 C 相直接接地,导致变压器低压侧三相对地电容不平衡,并且低压绕组与平衡绕组的互电容也不平衡。然后,应用Matlab 建立了考虑集中电容参数的变压器空载电路模型,并进行空载合闸仿真试验,仿真试验结果表明变压器三相对地电压严重不平衡。最后,给出了解决电压不平衡问题的技术措施。

    ABSTRACT:To analyze the voltage unbalance of auxiliary transformer under no-load operation, firstly the radial distributed capacitances of windings in the transformer are  equivalently converted to concentrated capacitances at winding terminals and those between winding terminals by energy method, and it is found that the directly grounding of phase C in the balancing windings of the transformer leads to the unbalan ce of three-phase ground capacitances at low-voltage side of the transformer as  well as the mutual capacitances between low-voltage windings and balancing windings; then a no-load circuit m odel of the transformer, in which the concentrated capacitance parameters are considered, is built by Matlab, and the simulation of no-load closing is performed. Simulation results show that three-phase ground capacitances at low-voltage side of the transformer are seriously unbalanced; finally technical countermeasures to solve the voltage unbalance are given.

    ABSTRACT: Initial startup of nuclear power station with non- nuclear steam is an important test during pre-core hot functional test. Based on calculation method by SNERDI and empirical values, calculation has been improved combined with actual characteristic of AP1000 unit. Availability of non-nuclear turbine roll-up has been demonstrated through comparing calculated heat output of  RCP, heaters of pressurizer  and RCS with total steam rate generated on the second side.

    摘要:本文以海阳核电机组为例,与常规火电、二代核电汽轮机进行对比,详细介绍了第三代核电技术AP1000 半速汽轮机的结构组成、设计及运行参数、正常及事故工况下的运行特性,以该汽轮机在调试启动阶段的运行特性曲线为基础,进一步分析其在启动阶段的运行特性。

    摘要:本文简要介绍了 AP1000的RCP 以及其屏蔽套的特点,根据 RCS 的工艺流程图,冷态水压试验预运行程序文件对水压试验时的充水排气过程进行了简要叙述,并对此过程中 RCP 定子腔的鼓包风险进行分析;结合 2011 年EMD按ASME 规范进行第 1703 号定子屏蔽套检漏试验时定子屏蔽套出现鼓包现象的案例,分析定子腔在该案例中出现鼓包的原因,并联系最新公布的冷态试验水压试验操作步骤分析该机组水压试验时出现类似鼓包问题的可能,并提出相应的应对建议,确保此类事件不再发生。

    ABSTRACT: This paper briefly introduces the AP1000 RCPs and their stator cans’ characteristics, and briefly narratives the water fill and air vent procedure during the hydraulic pressure test in accordance with the RCS piping and instrumentation diagram and r eactor coolant system cold hydrostatic  test preoperational test procedure, and then analyzes the bulge risk of the RCPs stator cans  during this process; Combining the case that in year 2011 the EMD found the bulge of the RCPs stator cans when perfo rming the leak test of the stator cans according to ASME standard no. 1703, and analyzes what causes this case, and analyzes  the possibility of a similar case that may happen during the hydraulic pressure test in accord ance with the latest reac tor coolant system cold hydrostatic test preoperational test procedure, and puts  forward the corresponding measures to ensure this case don't happen.

    摘要:控制棒落棒时间是保证核电站安全的重要参数之一。本文通过对 AP1000实际特性设计参数及在役运行电站参数为基础,计算出控制棒在额定流量下,落棒时间为 2.43 秒;在流量下降时,落棒时间为 2.07秒。满足于 AP1000落棒时间的限值,为控制棒落棒试验提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:  Control rod drop time is a key parameter to ensure nuclear power plant safety. Based on AP1000 actual characteristic design parameters and in-service stations parameters, this paper has reached that the drop time duration is 2.43 seconds under rated flow. When the flow is lower, the duration is 2.07 seconds. The result satisfies AP1000 rod drop time limits and provides theoretical reference for control rod insertion test.

    摘要:AP1000 采用机械补偿模式在负荷跟踪过程中对堆芯反应性和功率分布进行控制,在机械补偿模式下,由于机械补偿控制棒的移动,堆芯中子注量率分布发生变化,从而改变了堆芯功率及其分布。本文主要介绍了轴向功率偏差的测量方法及其在确定反应堆超温 和超功率 停堆保护整定值中的作用,分析了轴向功率偏差测量在机械补偿模式下受到的影响,提出一种校准方法。

    ABSTRACT: Mechanical shim is used in AP1000 nuclear power  plant, to control core reactivity and power distribution during load maneuver operations. In mechanical shim mode, the motion of control rods changes neutron flux distribution in core, and consequently changes the core power and its distribution. The method of measuring axial flux difference and as input to calculate the amount of over-temperature delta-T and over-power delta-T reactor trip setpoint are introduced, and the analysis of effect on axial flux difference in mechanical shim mode is illustrated. At last, the calibration method is proposed.

    ABSTRACT:  The AP1000 3rd generation nuclear power technology is introduced from the USA Westinghouse Electric Corporation comprehensively by State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation. The turbine matching to the nuclear island reactor is provided by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.    As the brand-new 3rd generation type, the turbine bypass valves which counterbalance the power of nuclear island reactor and turbine generator performs an important function of linking. Under the simplification idea, the turbine bypass valves are designed as Non-Nuclear grade facilities. But the function of the valves is very important. The CCI.K.K Corporation which is the subsidiary corporation of MHI designs and fabricates the bypass valves in accordance with the characteristics of 3rd generation unit. Pertinence expounding of the design and fabrication of the bypass valve and final test selection is elaborated in the article.

    摘要:介绍了蒸汽发生器传热管腐蚀产生的原因。针对蒸汽发生器传热管提出了腐蚀防护的要求。并介绍了传热管维修的两种技术。对于解决传热管腐蚀的主要工作主要在于改进传热管材料,合理结构设计和改变腐蚀环境。现阶段,维修技术主要采用堵管技术和套管技术。

    ABSTRACT:  This paper introduces the steam generator(SG) tube  corrosion causes, suggests approach to prevent corrosion of SG, and introduces the two technologies of h eat transfer tube repair. In the attempt to solve the degradation problem, research programs have concentrated on modifying tube materials, enhancing design and improving environments. Maintenance mainly includes tube plugging and tube casing nowadays.

    摘要:针对三门核电厂电气设备调试期间出现的盐雾腐蚀现象,本文结合盐雾腐蚀形成机理及核电厂周边环境特征进行分析,归纳总结三门核电厂电气设备出现的各类盐雾腐蚀问题,并提出相应的防治措施。防治措施包括设计、材料及先进工艺方法等,采用这些方法可大大减小盐雾对电气设备腐蚀的危害,对其他电厂电气设备的保养、维修具有重要的参考价值。

    104 CPR1000  压水堆热态功能试验化学除氧平台的良好实践 张晓勇 福建宁德核电站
    摘要:本文介绍了 CPR1000 压水堆机组在热态功能试验化学除氧平台的良好实践。在机组调试热态功能试验阶段,通过改进实践,将原来的 8 -10小时间左右化学除氧平台缩短为 30分钟左右。此良好实践,提出了化学除氧平台的控制标准,此化学除氧平台的标准不仅在机组调试过程中可以大大缩短调试关键路径,同时,在压水堆核电站的机组大小修启动过程的化学除氧平台可以加以推广应用,缩短大修关键路径,若得以推广,可创造较大经济效益。

    ABSTRACT:  This paper introduces the CPR1000 PWR in hot functional test chemical de-oxygen platform of good practice. In commissioning of in hot functional test stage, through the improvement of practice, the original 8 - 10 hours chemical de-oxygen platform was shortened to 30 minutes. This good practice, put forward chemical de-oxygen platform control standard, the chemical de-oxygen platform standard not only in the commissioning process can greatly shorten the key path time, at the same time, in a PWR’s station out-stage of unit to start the process of chemical De-oxygen platform can be applied, shorten the key path, if able to popularize in PWR’s station units, can create more economic benefit.

    ABSTRACT: During RIS60 test in the Hot Functional Test of LHNP unit one, through continuously monitoring of primary circuit water quality the conclusion is obtained that if dissolved hydrogen of primary circuit is between 1.5cm3/kg and 5.0 cm3/kg then the dissolved oxygen of primary circuit will not exceed standard limit and also risk of hydrogen explosion will be avoided when opening reactor vessel.

    摘要:乏燃料水池水化学控制应符合《红沿河调试启动期间水化学监视》的规范要求,但是在2100~2300ppm 的硼酸浓度范围内,pH 测量值却不在规范要求 4.8~5.5范围。通过硼酸水解电离平衡计算与硼标准溶液实际测量 pH表明该规范要求的 pH值与硼浓度要求不符,应对 pH参数进行修改。

    Abstract:The water chemistry control of spen t fuel pool meets the requirement of “LHNP startup test report water chemistry monitoring”; boric acid concentration is in the range of 2100 to 2300 ppm, while the pH valve is lower than requirement which is 4.8 to 5.5. Though theoretical calculation and experiment, the requirement of pH valve goes against to the requirement of boric acid concentration and needs to be modified.

    摘要:鉴于核电站调试过程中定量分析的需求,本文提出了一种基于遗传算法的系统模型闭环辨识方法。该闭环辨识方法大致可以分为三大步骤:对象频率特性辨识,对象开环阶跃响应的重构和对象模型的开环阶跃响应辨识。验证实例表明:本文所提出的闭环辨识方法是一种适用于一般工业控制过程的有效辨识方法。

    Abstract: In view of the demand for quantitative analysis in the commissioning process of nuclear power plant, the paper proposed a closed-loop identification algorithm based on genetic algorithm for system model. The closed-loop identification algorithm can be roughly divided into three steps: recognition to frequency characteristics of object , the reconstruction of the object open loop step response and identification to open-loop step response of object model. The verification examples show that: the proposed closed-loop identification algorithm is an effective identification method for general industrial control process.

    摘要:三门核电站是引进美国西屋公司第三代核电技术的全球首座 AP1000压水堆电站,西屋公司作为三门核电站闭式冷却水系统的设计单位,为其推荐了四种缓蚀剂方案,要求三门核电根据机组的实际情况选择使用。在此情况下作者结合三门核电站闭式冷却水系统的结构材料、系统特征和国内外闭式冷却水系统缓蚀剂的使用经验,选出了最适合于三门核电站闭式冷却水系统的缓蚀剂方案。同时,对所选用缓蚀剂方案进行了性能评估和参数控制范围推荐,并提出了几点系统化学控制的优化措施。

    ABSTRACT:  SMNPC AP1000 plant use WEC third PWR technolo gy of America, WEC recommend four kinds of inhibitor schemes for closed cooling water system of SMNPC as designer, but require owner to confirm which one to use. So combining with the latest research experience of chemical treatments, we choose the best conformable one based on the system material and water quality. Also we assess the performance of inhibitor and give the mostly control parameter and limit. In addition, we bring forward several optimize measure for system chemical control.

    摘要:岭澳二期核电站辅助给水系统 ASG 作为压水堆核电站专设安全系统,主要功能为在正常给水系统 ARE 或启动给水系统 APD 不可用时向蒸汽发生器提供给水,以导出堆芯余热,直至余热导出系统 RRA可以投入运行,确保反应堆安全。本文从调试实践出发,参考岭澳一期的调试经验,总结出设计变更带来的调试方法的变更,对一系列无法在设计阶段得到验证的内容进行了实践证明,最终使辅助给水系统满足了设计要求,为异地项目的调试带来了巨大的经济效益。

    Abstract:In LA project phase II, auxiliary feed-water system  ASG is classified as an engineered safeguard system, in the event of the normal  feed-water systems (APA, APD, ARE), it’s main safety function is to remove residual heat by providing water to the secondary side of the steam generator until the conditions for placing the residual heat removal (RRA) system in operation are reached, then  ensure the safety of the reactor. The article based on the commissioning pr actice and refers to the LA phase I commissioning experience feedback, concludes the change of the commissioning method due to the design evolution, then verify the correction of the design evolution which are not able to be verified during the design phase, finally make the system satisfied the design requirement, all these conclusion will bring great economic benefits to the other project.

    摘要:采用数字化仪控系统的岭澳二期核电站给水控制系统在调试期间进行了全面的控制组态测试和研究。基于反应堆控制系统仿真试验台,对给水控制系统在机组正常运行和瞬态工况进行了仿真预演,排查了大量的人因逻辑组态错误和设计不符合项,实现了给水控制系统在自动模式下的正常运行和良好控制。利用仿真对给水泵进行了双重故障预演,为机组实际给水泵瞬态试验(AT O 5 0 )的顺利进行提供了保证,对相关瞬态试验的执行具有重大参考和指导意义。

    ABSTRACT:  During the commissioning of Ling Ao Phase II NPP, which uses DCS, the feed-water control system had been done a full-scale test of the logical configuration. Based on the simulator of reactor, we previewed the feed-water control system in normal operation and transient conditions. We found lots of logical errors and wrong designs. After the modification, we realized the good operation of the feed-water control system in automatic mode. Us ing simulator, we also analyzed the double fault happened in the feed-water pumps. The result provided  the guarantee for ATO50 test, and also had great influence on the actual transient test.

    104 AP1000除氧技术分析 侯涛 中核集团三门核电有限公司
    摘要:氧腐蚀是影响核电厂安全运行和使用寿命的重要因素之一,导致氧腐蚀的最重要因素是水中的溶解氧含量。AP1000采用的除氧技术有:对补给和储存水采用催化除氧(低压加氢)技术,对一回路采用高压加氢抑制水的辐照分解除氧技术,对二回路采用热力除氧和真空除氧技术,在电厂启动及二回路正常运行期间采用化学除氧技术等,其中,对一回路高压加氢是国内外核电厂首次采用,对补给及储存水采用催化除氧(低压加氢)为国内电厂首次采用。本文从溶氧腐蚀的机理分析开始,对 AP1000采用的除氧技术原理、工艺、优点及缺点等进行了分析,提出调试过程中需要注意的事项。

    ABSTRACT: DO(Dissolved oxygen) is the most important cause to the oxidation corrosion, which is one of the important factors to the sa fety operation and lifetime of NPP(Nuclear Power Plant) such as AP1000.There are a few deoxygenation methods in AP1000 NPP, such as CORS(catalytic oxygen removal system)with low pressure hydrogen injection for feed water and storage water , high pressure hydrogen injection to suppress water radiolysis for water in RCS(reactor coolant system),deaerator and vaccum deoxygenation for secondary water, chemical deoxygenation for plant startup and secondary water in operation. AP1000 is the first in the world NNPs to inject high pressure hydrogen to Primary coolant system and is the first in China NPPs to use CORS for deoxygenation.This paper analyzes the principle 、process、advantage and disadvantage for each deoxygenation ,and give some concers to startup.

    摘要:为了保证冷态功能试验(冷试)的正常可靠进行,根据调试程序《NSSS 冷态性能试验》规定,要求在试验期间必须要保证两路独立电源的供电可靠性,两路独立电源指主电源+辅助电源或主电源+应急柴油机发电机。但是受制于外部条件的限制,红沿河项目 1 号机组500  kV 主电源冷试前可用目标基本不可能实现。调试人员通过负荷计算,进行充分的风险分析,并采取相应措施,成功使用辅助电源完成了冷试。

    ABSTRACT:  According to test procedure 《NSSS cold function test》, at least 2 independent power sources are necessary during the cold functional test. The 2 independent power sources are main power and auxilliary power, or main power and emergency diesel generator. However, 500kV main power was not available due to external reasons for cold functional test of Hongyanhe unit 1.  With careful calculation and risk control, the cold funcational test was completed successfully with auxilliary power.

    摘要:本文对国内在建 CPR1000 核电站汽机监视系统(GME)的汽机润滑、顶轴和盘车系统(GGR)轴瓦温度跳机保护初步设计方案进行了分析和研究,在考虑安全及单一故障准则下,通过改进轴瓦温度监视信号的卡件分配原则及组态方案,避免了因卡件故障而造成二取二跳机保护的轴瓦温度保护功能的丧失,确保了机组的长期安全稳定运行。

    Abstract:This article made an analyses and research  of the CPR1000 Nuclear Power plant GME system about GGR bearings temperature shutdown protection Preliminary design scheme. Base on the considering of safety and single failure criterion, by the improve ment of bearing temperature monitoring signal card distribution principle and configuration scheme, the new scheme realizes that long-term stable operation of unit and avoiding the loss of bearing temperature protection function caused by two out of two shutdown protection which blamed on the card fault.

    摘要:蒸汽发生器是核电厂中的关键设备之一,本文将中国实验快堆蒸汽发生器启动调试参数与设计参数进行了比较分析,对蒸汽发生器功率启动阶段特殊的运行工艺进行了评价,对蒸汽发生器保护信号提出了改进优化的建议。有效的保障了中国实验快堆蒸汽发生器首次功率启动试验的开展,为最终顺利实现中国实验快堆并网发电打下了基础。

    ABSTRACT: The steam generator is one of the key equipment in nuclear power plant, this paper compare CEFR steam generator startup-commissioning parameters with design parameters, and SG special operation process in power startup phase is evaluated. Another, protection sign al of steam generator were proposed to optimization. The above guarantees effectively the first power startup test for CEFR steam generator, which ultimately laid the foundation of first CEFR gridding generation to realizing.

    ABSTRACT:In Sanmen Nuclear Power Phase I Project, reactor coolant pumps are canned motor pumps. Its the first time the canned pump is used in commercial nucl ear power as the reactor coolant pump. New challenges might be encountered during commissioning of the unique design reactor coolant pump. This paper discusses and briefly analyzes the reactor coolant pumps 'commissioning test to provide reference for commissioning of the reactor coolant pump.

    104 核电站半速汽轮机高中压缸胀差问题的分析与处理 杨里平 中广核工程有限公司调试中心
    摘要:胀差是影响机组的启动速度和功率运行安全性的重要因素,岭澳二期核电站三号机在升功率阶段出现高中压缸负胀差数值过大的问题。通过分析汽轮机启动后可能引起高中压缸负胀差数值过大的因素,认为主要原因是传感器的安装方式不当导致。提出了小修期间高中压缸胀差传感器的安装改造方案和试验优化方案,改造后机组的长期运行数据表明,高中压缸胀差传感器数据测量准确可靠,不仅解决了负胀差数值偏大的问题,而且对后续 CPR 核电站汽轮机胀差传感器的安装、调试和故障分析有着重要的借鉴意义。

    ABSTRACT:  Differential expansion is a very important factor effecting the start-up speed and safety of power generating units operation. It is found that the negative value of HIP cylinder differential expansion is excessive when the turbine is loading in Ling Ao Phase  nuclear power  Ⅱplants. The    possible cause of excessive negative value of HIP cylinder differential expansion is analyzed. And improper installation method of the sensor is the cause of the problem. The installation retrofit and test optimization scheme on the sensor is put forward. The monitoring data of the sensor in operation of unit after the retrofit  shows that it is precise and reliable. The problem of excessive negative value is solved. It is important for installation, commissioning, and fault analysis of differential expansion sensor in subsequent CPR nuclear power plants.

    摘要:核电百万千瓦级半速发电机组在岭澳核电二期首次采用,与之匹配的悬挂式无刷励磁机及 DNC(旋转二极管导通监测装置)装置在我国应用较少,经过调研,该试验均由外国专家组织实施,相比岭澳一期本试验为新增试验项目,且试验风险和试验成本在整个联调试验中最高,试验核心技术也掌握在外国人手里,经过我国工程调试试验人员的研究和准备,研究出励磁机断相时,在间歇性盘车状态下进行,且不抽出励磁机磁极的新方法,并在岭澳核电二期首次应用成功,节约了大量关键路径,人力成本;优化了试验顺序,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

    ABSTRACT: Nuclear power 1000MW half-speed generator unit was used in Ling-Ao Nuclear Power Phase II for the first time.matched hanging type brushless exciter and DNC(rotating diode conduction monitoring devices) device were less used in China. Investigation indicated that the exciter and DNC tests were almost organized and implemented by foreign experts.Compared with Ling-Ao Nuclear Power Phase this is a new test project.The risk and cost is the highest through the whol e unit joint tests. the core technology was also controled by the foreigners.After China's nuclear power engineering commissioning test research and preparation, the new method that the exciter phase failure test can be organized at intermittent barring state without the exciter pole pulled out was developed . And the Ling Ao nuclear Power Phase II `s first application, saved a lot of the critical path, manpower costs; optimized the test sequence, and achieved good economic and social benefits.

    摘要:岭澳核电站一期和二期调试期间功率运行阶段,发电机已并网的正常运行工况下,进行 10% 功率以上阶段试验失去厂外电源试验。该试验将失去一回路的强迫循环和常规岛的冷却,辅助给水泵启动并以最大开度向蒸汽发生器供水。若控制不好,将可能引起安全注入系统意外动作等风险。运行人员和试验人员事先考虑各种可能的风险,并制定预防措施,从而顺利地完成了试验。

    ABSTRACT: The loss of offsite power tests were performed after the generator connected to grid and reactor power above 10% in project Ling’Ao phase I and II. During the test, forced circulation of primary loop and cooling of secondary loop were lost. The auxiliary feed water pump started and provided maximum water supply to steam generators. Reactor protection function such as safety injection maybe actuated if inadequate operation applied. The operator and test staff made risk plan and control to finished the test without accident.

    摘要:CPR1000 半速汽轮机一次调频功能首次在岭澳二期核电站的成功应用,对于核电站和电网的安全稳定运行都有着重要的意义。通过分析 ALSTOM半速汽轮机一次调频系统的原理和特性,提出了一次调频系统的静态试验方法,并总结了一次调频试验在岭澳二期调试中的应用成果。这对于提高核电机组一次调频的安全性,实现半速汽轮机一次调频技术在CPR1000 核电站的应用有着重要的借鉴意义。

    ABSTRACT:  It is important of security and steady operation for nuclear power plants and grid to apply the function of half-speed turbine primary frequency modulation into Ling Ao Phase CPR1000 nuclear power plants. Theory and  Ⅱ characteristics of ALSTOM half-speed turbine primary frequency modulation are analyzed. Static test of primary frequency modulation is put forward. Application of primary frequency modulation test in Ling Ao Phase  Ⅱis concluded. It is highly important to improve the safety of nuclear power plants, and to apply primary frequency modulation of half-speed turbine in CPR1000 nuclear power plants.
